Meet the Trentman Family
Trentman Ranch | Pawhuska, okla.
Tucked away in the beautiful hills of Osage County, Kent + Sally Trentman have one of the most breathtaking views in Osage County from their beautiful rock home in one of the most well known areas in all of Osage County. Their ranch sits on what was one of the last stops during cattle drives for water on the way to the railhead in Kansas.
The Trentman Ranch is a stocker + cow/calf operation and was began by Kent's father many years ago. Sally also grew up on a ranch in Osage County, the Hughes Ranch, just north of Barnsdall, Okla. Sally and Kent have three boys that are extremely prevalent in the day-to-day happenings of the ranch. Their youngest son, Will, and Kent train and compete in ranch horse competitions, as well. More often than not, Sally is found right in the middle of whatever her boys are up to on the ranch.
When the Trentman Family is not out at the ranch you can find them visiting with local ranchers and cowboys at Osage Outfitters. They always bring good beer too, so that's always a plus.
Be sure when you go north on Highway 99 to honk + wave as you pass the Trentman Ranch overhang.
